Drainage

Drainage is the natural or artificial removal of a surface’s water and sub-surface water from an area with excess of water.

The first thing we will address is the property’s grade. Land grade plays a big part in water issues. Once we evaluate the land grade and possibly regrade the area, we can provide professional installation of French drains, catch basins, curtain drains, rain liter tie-ins and swales. Any of these options could provide a long-term solution to most water issues.
